Edmund Marquez welcomes Josh Jacobsen of the Tucson Crime Free Coalition for a wide-ranging conversation about crime, homelessness, addiction, public safety, and the future of Tucson.

Josh shares how the Coalition began and what its members have learned from working directly with law enforcement, nonprofits, government agencies, and people experiencing homelessness and addiction.
