Promote is available for episodes recorded and produced by Show Source Studios. Additional platforms, social media posting, channel management, or ongoing marketing support are quoted separately.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What’s included in revisions?
Revisions are meant for notes and polish, like:
Tightening pacing (trim pauses, tighten intros/outros)
Swapping/cutting specific moments
Basic cleanup and continuity fixes
Updating lower-thirds/text overlays (if used)
Adjusting audio levels (within reason)
What revisions don’t include: reshoots, brand-new creative direction, building new graphics packages from scratch, or sourcing b-roll/music. If you need bigger changes, we can absolutely do them — they’ll be billed as additional editing time.
Can I bring remote guests?
Yes. We can support remote guests depending on your session type and setup. The best results come when we plan it in advance, so we can confirm:
the platform (Zoom / Riverside / etc.)
guest audio/video quality
backup recording plan
If remote guests are part of your plan, Lift or Orbit is usually the smoothest option because it includes more production support. If you’re unsure, hit Talk to Tom and we’ll recommend the simplest setup.
What if we run overtime?
No stress — it happens. Overtime is $100 per additional 30 minutes (subject to availability). If we have the room and the schedule allows, we’ll simply add the time and keep rolling.
If we can’t extend that day, we’ll help you book the next available slot to finish your session.
When do I receive files?
It depends on the package:
Ignition: typically same day (after the session + any client assets are received, if needed)
Lift: typically ~1 week
Orbit: typically ~2 weeks
You’ll receive a Frame.io link for review + download. If you have a deadline, tell us up front — we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can we use copyrighted music?
We keep things safe for YouTube/Spotify and your brand.
If you want music, we recommend royalty-free / properly licensed tracks
If you provide a licensed track (with proof), we can use it
We generally don’t recommend copyrighted commercial songs unless you’re fully comfortable with the risk of claims, demonetization, or takedowns.
Do you require a deposit?
When you book online, your session is reserved through secure checkout. For most clients, that functions as the deposit and confirms your time.
If you need a custom invoice, a multi-session plan, or a custom production setup, we can handle payment arrangements — just click Talk to Tom.
